Cosy little studio with a mezzanine located in the lovely area of le Marais (4th district). Our studio is located on the 3 ½ floor of an ancient but well-maintained building of le Marais. It consists of a small living area with a couch, an armchair, a low table and an open well equipped kitchenette (Cooktop, microwave , kitchen utensils, electric kettle, boiler, coffee maker ..etc). You equally have a washing machine and a newly renovated private shower and a toilette in the studio. On the mezzanine, you will find a real comfy double bed and space to store your clothes and stuff.
