Defining our apartment a simple studio would be very limiting, since it can host up to 4 people and still have enough space to benefit from a private and peaceful environment. Located on the 5th floor without elevator on 13, rue Jean Jaurès in Levallois-Perret it represents the perfect location for all those who don’t want to be far from Paris, but still need a nest where to relax and not being far from all amenities.
The main area is bright and spacious, and it can be divided into 2 different parts: the kitchen, completely new and equipped comes with a big fridge, a freezer, a cook stove, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. All plates, glasses, pots, mugs and cutlery are new and ready to be used. Then there’s the sleeping area composed by a new and comfortable sofa bed and the mezzanine with a double bed. Always in the main area, a wooden table with 4 chairs is provided to comfortably have your meals and just next to it a desk, useful if you need to study or work from home.
A cozy living area is provided to relax with your beloved ones on the new bench sofa while comfortably having a tea or an appetizer thanks to the black coffee table.
All windows have a shutter in order to provide a good sleeping time at night but still have the maximum of natural light during the day.
You will benefit from a private bathroom with toilet, a bath that can be used as a shower and a sink with mirror and cabin.
All bed linen and towels will be at your disposal since the first day as well as a fast and stable internet connection.
